07:00 a.m. Transition Area Opens

07:00 a.m. Check in and Body Marking

08:45 a.m. Pre-Race Meeting

09:00 a.m. to 11:45 Lakes to Pines Triathlon (age 13 and older)

*12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Kids Triathlon Races (age 12 and under)

12:45 (approx) Awards and refreshments for all race participants
 
*Kids race starts after all Lakes to Pines participants have finished.
